ic\u00f3nico edificio The Mill en Williamsburg-Brooklyn. Gemma dise\u00f1\u00f3 y dirigi\u00f3 el proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n de este amplio espacio de 195m2, preservando su herencia industrial mientras introduc\u00eda funcionalidad moderna.<\/p><p>El dise\u00f1o aprovecha las generosas proporciones del loft y la abundante luz natural, con techos de 3,2 metros (10,5 pies) y 11 ventanales que ofrecen impresionantes vistas de Manhattan.
