Este proyecto residencial, cuyo proyecto b\u00e1sico se complet\u00f3 en 2007, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">presenta un di\u00e1logo matizado entre la forma construida y el paisaje costero.<\/span><\/p><p>La estructura de 4.400 m2 alberga 22 unidades distribuidas en seis plantas, con un perfil escalonado que crea un efecto cascada que se hace eco de la ondulante l\u00ednea costera. La fachada, una composici\u00f3n en blanco con acentos terracota, evoca la arquitectura aut\u00f3ctona de la regi\u00f3n mientras abraza sensibilidades modernas.<\/p><p>Los ventanales de suelo a techo dominan la elevaci\u00f3n frente al mar, difuminando el l\u00edmite entre interior y exterior. Amplios balcones, en voladizo desde cada planta, extienden los espacios habitables hacia el exterior, sus barandillas transparentes mantienen la continuidad visual con el horizonte.<\/p><p>La volumetr\u00eda del edificio responde a su contexto, con una elevaci\u00f3n trasera s\u00f3lida que proporciona privacidad desde la calle, mientras que el frente se abre generosamente al Mediterr\u00e1neo. Esta dualidad se enfatiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s por el contraste entre la secuencia de entrada \u00edntima y sombreada y los interiores luminosos con vista al mar.<\/p><p>En la planta baja, un espacio comercial transparente activa el paseo mar\u00edtimo, integrando el edificio en el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico. El aparcamiento subterr\u00e1neo, est\u00e1 discretamente ubicado y de este modo se permite que la estructura priorice su compromiso con el frente de playa.<\/p><p>Viviendas La Mar ejemplifica un enfoque sensible al desarrollo costero, donde la intervenci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica realza en lugar de dominar su entorno.
