GEMMA DEVESA GASCO, AIA COACV CTAA. Principal Architect

Her passion for architecture was kindled early, accompanying her father, also an architect, to construction sites. Climbing through unfinished buildings, she would dream and imagine their completed forms, sparking a lifelong fascination with the built environment.

Gemma’s love for architecture and diverse cultures has guided her professional journey through Sweden, Spain, Germany, the UK, and the US. These international experiences have honed her skills in navigating diverse regulatory environments and fostering cross-cultural collaborations.

Her global perspective, combined with a deep appreciation for local contexts, allows Gemma to create designs that are both innovative and culturally sensitive. She brings this unique blend of international expertise and personal passion to every project, ensuring each design is not just a structure, but a meaningful contribution to its environment and community.

Beyond her architectural expertise in transportation, cultural, and residential, Gemma brings a unique insider’s perspective to hospitality projects. As a third-generation hotelier, she grew up immersed in her family’s hotel business in one of Spain’s top three tourist destinations. This dual background allows Gemma to approach hospitality projects from both the architect’s and the hotelier’s viewpoint, offering invaluable insights into the operational needs and guest experiences that drive successful hotel design.

This rare combination of architectural skill and hands-on hospitality knowledge positions Gemma as an ideal architect and client representative for hoteliers, capable of bridging the gap between aesthetic vision and practical functionality in the hospitality sector.
